Clown Love for All and Help for Those Who Need It

THE DAY AFTER
I've been a Juggalo since birth, or before. I found the name for it around 2002, but this year, 2026, I finally came home.First Gathering. 2026.It was truly a homecoming.I know I don't have to explain to you who read this. You know. So, considering the fact that I have never felt safer, both personally and with my property, as I did for those four unforgettable days in Missouri, it is strangely ironic that I come home and find my stuff is not 100% safe in the hands of a friend I trusted to watch my dogs and house.Dogs are fine. I did not suffer a loss, but I am temporarily compromised.I will clean this shit up, rest assured. For now, I philosophize about it while thinking and planning the "church."Now, to be fair, everything that was obviously and undeniably mine was not touched. So there is a degree of loyalty there, which I won't forget, but it does not justify or compensate for a breach of trust. At the Gathering, we didn't have to lock our RV or car. We knew this instinctively. We did not worry, and we did not lock them. The only thing we didn't return with was my iPad. I lost it through my own inattention and nitrous oxide. I had just said to myself that maybe it was time for a new iPad, and I guess the universe interpreted that immediately and literally.Anyway, I digress.Moral of the story is this:This is strong evidence for the accuracy of my assertion that the Freewill Church of Shangri-La is only possible if Juggalos start it.Real Juggalos.Ninjas. Pirates. Clowns. The ones with the tats. The ones who consider the whole bunch family. The ones who fan you or give you water or lend a helping hand when you're struggling to get your shower tote box onto the little yellow bus in the morning.Scoop us up. C'mon and scoop us up!In order to be trusted to enter people's private and sacred spaces, their homes, to help them, they must trust us.The world screams, "Don't trust Juggalos."But Juggalos know we can only trust each other.

LET'S GO ALL THE WAY!
They are building a new church near here.I thought to myself, "Great. Another drain on everyone’s budget while adding absolutely no benefit to the community." If churches are supposed to be islands of virtue in a sea of iniquity, they sure to keep it tight assedly within those walls.I want FWCOSL to be everything that the old models are not. Outside of walls- easy to do when there are no walls!
Spreading warmth into the community it lives within.
Not draining anyone’s budget but softening the financial harshness that grows sharper everyday for all of us.
Not pretending to be virtuous insiders and accusing outsiders of iniquity while smiling fake beneficence at same - instead looking at ourselves and everyone else as simply human beings -flawed, imperfect, exquisite, divine, and created to be love and not fear.
What a waste of resources! As well, a waste of time! But most of all, wasted opportunities to share what little there is and work together to make more out of the original bit.Time, tools, knowledge, labor, food, transportation, an extra pair of hands, somebody who knows how to fix a sink, somebody who can sit with an old person for an afternoon. Little scraps of abundance that become something much larger when they stop being fenced into individual lives.
That fits this dream beautifully: not an island of virtue, but a current of usefulness. No walls required.
